Meet Sally – Your grounded guide for clarity and creative expression
I’m a life coach for women, and a designer and visual storyteller for small businesses.
I work with women at a turning point. The ones who have poured themselves into work, people or a life that did not carry their name, and cannot find anything now that feels like theirs. I know that one from the inside.
Whether we are working on self-doubt, confidence, or the content for your brand, I bring both the practical side and the intuitive side to it.
This is not about becoming someone new. It is about remembering who you already are.
You don’t need to be more - you just need to come home to yourself.
The Soul Edit Sessions
One to one coaching for women at a turning point
Space to say it all out loud to someone who is not going to rush you towards a solution. We work out what is actually going on, what you have already built and never counted, and one small thing you could do this week.
Sixty minutes for a focused reset, R850. Ninety when you want the room to go deeper, R1 150.
Both online, wherever you are in the world.
Finding the Thread
If one session is not quite enough, Finding the Thread is a six week programme that takes you through the whole arc. R4 500, or two payments of R2 400.
